My son and I came to this dealership to inquire about Civic Type R. We was greeted right away when we came in. We stated our purpose and asked for the sale rep who we contacted prior to come here. As soon as he introduced himself, he asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive to see if we like the car. We said yes right away!!!! We had been to several places from San Jose, Hayward, and Dublin to see if we can test drive the car, but they pressured us to agreed on the price before we can even test drive it. Obviously, we didn't. The sale rep, sale manager, and finance rep at Ocean Honda were very helpful and easy to work with. We didn't not feel any pressure through out the whole process. They tried to work with us to solve any solution or consider that we had. Thank you to Jacob, Dylan, and Kelvin for an awsome experience. I will definitely come back here and will also recommend Ocean Honda to my family members and friends. I guess we save the best for last. The only regret we have was that we should have gone to you guys earlier.

Great experience with Mike Livanos and Peter Nguyen. Needed a car ASAP and they worked with me and made it happen. This place takes good care of veterans. I must have applied at 10 other places, nobody would approve me but Ocean Honda found a way. This is the oldest and a peaceful spot . Goes well with the name and you can get the car the same day within hours. No wait time . And usually they have all the trims and colors. My sales person was Dorota . She is excellent and she makes sure you are happy and get the deal done. Oceanside honda is one of a kind along the rail tracks. And focus on you when you are up there. I see Honda is best version and with unique model for 2024 and especially hybrid I got Honda accord touring and Dorota made it work for me and she has that 20 years for experience. Their manager Joel is professional and great in listening and can work with you for package deal and may have something complimentary based on what you get and the deals they have

Now that I have both purchased my vehicle from Ocean Honda AND experienced its first regularly scheduled maintenance visit, I can definitively give it 5-stars. Aidan was our sales person and throughout the process, we really felt like we were interacting with a human at every step, instead of an "actor" like I have felt from other sales people. He was fantastic and fully committed to accomplishing everyone's goals. So thankful for him. And then months later, when I arrived (and I admit, I was over 10 min late) to my first service appointment, Steve came right over, and was super kind and informative. And then Flip who managed my service was also the MOST effective service manager that I have ever encountered: clear communication, efficiency, and kindness. So refreshing!
