Excellent staff and service.

It was a scheduled recall appointment and when I arrived was told part was not available. That’s not the most frustrating part. I had an 8:30 am appointment, showed up on time, and sat in my car for 20 minutes before seeing a service writer. I know this is a frequent occurrence with this dealership and I will not be returning until they find a manager that can fix their scheduling issues.

Braxton was excellent in helping me choose which service options I should have,, and advise when something else came up during service..

Came in without an appointment because tire pressure indicator came on. Staff was very helpful. Ankor (sp?) checked the pressure on all tires and, correctly, diagnosed a nail. Service advisor was great. Got my car in and tire fixed. Thanks, Jim

We were searching for a bigger car after having our first baby. I knew I was likely going to buy a Honda, so no surprise there. But this review is for the outstanding service we got in searching for our first “family car.” The sales guy, Mike Livanos, helped us explore our options and knew exactly what to consider for picking the best car for our family- which was great, because as new parents we really didn’t know what to think about! Not only that, but he made the purchasing process pretty seamless. He was super trustworthy, which is hard to find! Will definitely buy another car from him in the future. Thanks Mike!

Super helpful team. I have bought multiple cars from them and each time they helped us find the right car within our budget.

Staff was great but they did not have enough staff to meet the needs of all the customers. Poor upper management. I was chatting with others who were also waiting and they said it is always like this on Saturdays. The staff who were there were hustling and checked in on those in the waiting area to give updates, which I really appreciated. Good hospitality only goes so far though! Bring in more staff on Saturdays!
