This Dealership is first rate. Both the Service and Sales departments are very professional and always kind. I came in for a re-call of a faulty seat censor that was changed. At my request the service department did a through check of my 2020 CRV. While waiting, I met Sales Rep James to talk about the 20 year old element (It was just driven into the show room) that looked barely used. Seriously! My wife has spoken about wanting one, since this model was discontinued. Now, when the opportunity presented itself she decided it was not for her. Alas, I still was happy to have my car serviced by Ocean Honda, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Nicholas Yukich

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Travis and the team at Ocean Honda. From the beginning, their honesty, patience, and perseverance in finding a deal that worked for my daughter made what could have been a stressful first-car purchase a genuinely positive experience. Travis was the real difference for us. As a concerned father, I was paying very close attention throughout the entire process. Travis never made us feel rushed or pressured. While we were completing the paperwork, he went out of his way to make sure the choices we made were the right ones for my daughter and that she was properly taken care of. What impressed me most were the little things. Travis spotted a small error in the paperwork that could easily have been overlooked and immediately took the deal back to have it corrected. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about someone’s character and professionalism. Some people might think that level of service is just part of the sales process, but I spent 32 years in the automotive industry. I know the difference between someone trying to make a sale and someone genuinely trying to take care of a customer. I was watching—and Travis earned my respect. For a father helping his daughter through her first vehicle purchase, knowing someone was looking out for her meant more to me than Travis probably realizes. I will absolutely recommend Travis and Ocean Honda to my friends and family before they purchase their next vehicle. Braxton was very friendly and helpful in explaining maintenance options for my Civic. It was ready when he said it would be.

I have taken in 2 of my cars for maintenance in the last two months. I dropped off my car at or before 9:00 AM each time. The first car had to stay all day and wasn’t complete until the next morning. The second car stayed all day. In neither instance did I receive a follow-up phone call to let me know my car would be ready later than anticipated. I myself had to call at 5:00 PM to see what was going on. It seems like this dealership takes in more cars than it can realistically get to in one day. We re disappointed by the lack of transparency.

The ethics and communication of this dealership is appalling. We are so satisfied with how things were handled with our personal situation regarding the lease of our car.

The techs seem to be fine. The problem lies with the service consultants that check people in. The current process of appointments, waiting in the car, being checked in with no specific order does not work at all. Your service consultants should all be working in concert to clear the service check in bay as quickly as possible with no territoriality in relation to whom the appointment is managed by. It should not matter at all. Furthermore, if appointments have been made by customers, part of the closing of the service department (the day before the appointment) should be to start the ticket for the customer in order to save time. If that is not possible because of date stamping, it is time for a different platform or a programming workaround. I should not have had to wait 20 minutes on my car for Braxon when I had a 7 am appointment.

45 minute wait sitting in my car after appointment time before I finally had to leave the car there and pay for my own Lyft to get to another appointment. Long waits are the norm here with difficulty making appointments and promises of return calls on recall repairs with none happening. Management always follows up to apologize but nothing changes and the cycle starts again every time I need to bring the car in. I will only bring my car here for recalls and things only the dealer can handle from now on. It’s been two years of this.
